Same Day Coordination

All Same Day Coordination include:

• 3 Consultations with visit to Venue location (including Travel Expenses)

• Discussion of Theme and/or Style for Event

• Assistance with Bridal Party Rehearsal within 1 week of event (for Wedding Ceremonies only)

• Coordination with Venue Personnel, Vendors, and Service Providers the day of event

• Time Management of Full Event Program and Transition of Activities

• Management of any emergencies that arise the day of event

• Initial non-refundable consultation deposit which will go towards the balance of your purchased service(s.)

• Cost of Packages are based on # of guests
