Wedding/Event Planning & Coordination
We offer Professional Planning and/or Coordination Services for various types of Special Occasions. We assist our clients with a multitude of Weddings, Parties, Showers, Celebrations, etc.. We step in as your planning co-pilot; making vendor recommendations, reviewing vendor contracts, ensuring that all major and minor details are checked off on the planning checklist, and that all vendors are aligned with the vision, timeline and expectation for the day. We research, source and book vendors, track and manage your budget, handle RSVP & invitation distribution and every other detail in between.
With Event Planning Coordination, you’ll have us by your side to assist you every step of the way. We’ll assist you to assemble the perfect team for your big day. We’ll also craft a personalized design plan with your assistance, that incorporates all the details and meaningful touches to every aspect of your event.
2 Doves
Genre Eventz offers Ordained Wedding Officiants, Certified Interfaith Ministers and Professional Ceremony Consultants who will work with you to create a ceremony that is an accurate reflection of your hopes and dreams for your life together. We welcome all couples regardless of their race, color, religion, national origin, or gender orientation. Our Officiants are available for Wedding Ceremonies, celebrations and more. They work with each couple to determine how to make their wedding vision a reality, including allowing the couple to create their own vows. We bring warmth and joy to each event, ensuring a celebration you will treasure for years to come.
Our Couples will receive Wedding Consultations with discussion of Theme and/or Style for your wedding. We will assist with the development of a memorable Ceremony with Decor and an intimate Reception for all to enjoy. Design & Decor
We feel our ability to customize our clients' events is something that truly sets us apart from other planners. We work with our clients to create a design concept from the ground-up. We allow you to enjoy the planning process as we execute your vision and create an unforgettable experience for both you and your guests.
Our designers will go through the process with you to best utilize time, space and budget. We offer several package options as well as custom packages. Providing recommendation and guidance on any items or decisions keeping in mind that it is YOUR day.
Balloon Decor
We offer professionally-arranged balloon decorating. Add an extra flair to your design. We can transform the ordinary to an extraordinary festive and memorable experience for you and your guests. These exclusive props are perfect pieces to bring some flair into your theme. Need help deciding what balloons and colors would best represent your organization? Contact us and a balloon specialist would be happy to help you design balloon arrangements for your event.
Children’s Entertainment Packages
We have an amazing team of Children’s Event Planners, Party Characters, Hosts & More. Let us make your child’s birthday one to remember. Our actors are professional, courteous and playful. Our package includes: meet and greet with our Characters, photo opportunities, and a play session filled with dancing and games! Children of all ages will revel in the fun our Characters bring! Fun for the whole family! Some additional features we offer are Face Painting, Interactive Games and Genre Mad Science (Discover the fun side of science as we take part in a 1 hour segment of spectacular demonstrations. Our interactive science shows are sure to delight children and parents alike with various themes based on the fun of STEM. The experiences form the foundation of a life long love of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.)
